mCommunity was built to help customers learn from one another, share best practices, and discover new ways to get more value from Meltwater.

This year, we're introducing the Meltwater Fellow program. The idea is simple: for each of Meltwater's core use cases, we want to select one customer to become the definitive voice for that topic for the year. Not a Meltwater employee. Not a trainer. A real practitioner doing real work, sharing what actually works.

As a Meltwater Fellow, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your thought leadership, build your professional brand, and help shape customer education through real-world workflows, strategies, and educational content.

Who Should Apply


We're looking for customers who:

  • Have hands-on experience using Meltwater
  • Are passionate about collaboration and learning
  • Have workflows, strategies, or best practices that others could benefit from
  • Want to help other customers grow and succeed

Why Become a Meltwater Fellow?


Selected Fellows will:

  • Be recognized as featured thought leaders within Meltwater
  • Create educational content based on their real-world Meltwater experience
  • Be featured across mCommunity, Help Center resources, LinkedIn, workshops, and in-product experiences
  • Receive a complimentary Meltwater Summit experience, including travel and hotel accommodations, formal on-stage recognition, and the opportunity to facilitate a Summit Roundtable

Selected Fellows will receive onboarding and support throughout the process, including brainstorming, content planning, production support, promotion, and workshop preparation.
