Meltwater Community was built so customers can learn from each other, share what works, and see how others approach similar challenges. The Experts with Insights program exists to surface those real-world lessons and give people a platform to share them.
We’re now inviting the next group of Experts to join.
If you work with data every day, shape strategy for your organization, or sit somewhere in between, and you’ve learned things others could benefit from, this program is designed for you. Many of the most valuable insights come from people doing the work, testing ideas, and learning along the way.
Who Should Apply
We’re looking for a broad range of voices, including:
- Analysts and practitioners who work hands-on with data, reporting, and insights
- PR, communications, and marketing professionals running campaigns and managing reputation
- Product and platform experts who enjoy helping others get more out of their tools
- Senior leaders and CMOs who think about measurement, strategy, and impact at a higher level
Whether you’re deep in execution or guiding the bigger picture, your perspective matters.
How You Can Share Your Expertise
There’s no single path to being an Expert. You can contribute in ways that match your experience and comfort level, including:
- Speaking at Summit or leading a hands-on workshop
- Co-hosting a discussion in our monthly Industry Circles
- Joining the Expert Exchange podcast to share lessons from your role
- Speaking at a Meltwater event or leading an industry meetup
- Sharing practical use cases, workflows, or lessons learned through written or video content

If selected for the Experts With Insights program, you’ll have the opportunity to share your knowledge with the broader mCommunity audience. Participants will lead a workshop focused on their area of expertise, which will be recorded and used to develop ongoing learning resources such as short videos, help articles, and other educational materials designed to support customers in building their skills.
Throughout the year, selected experts may also be invited to contribute blog content, participate in thought leadership initiatives, or collaborate on additional opportunities that highlight practical strategies and real-world experience. This program is designed to amplify your expertise while helping fellow customers learn from proven approaches and best practices.
