Dakota Zinn enters her 3rd season with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2025 and joined as the club's first Director of Partnership Solutions.

Zinn oversees the processes and organization for both corporate partnership business strategy and partnership development to increase team efficiencies and data optimizations. She is responsible for sourcing, integrating, and managing all third-party inventory valuation measurement tools to ensure the best solutions for recapping and measuring partnership success and value. In addition to owning and maintaining all partnership research and analytics, she brings leadership to the development of sellable concepts and platforms for key accounts, strategic business prospects, and renewals. Zinn helps to build systems that strengthen the team’s integrated sales presentations with on-strategy concepts and resources.

Prior to joining the Chiefs, Zinn worked in media roles for MLB.com in New York and Denver, and then spent seven years in the sports architecture industry, working in management-level marketing and business development roles for Kansas City firms like Dimensional Innovations, Populous and Crawford Architects. She brings a passion for building relationships, developing business efficiencies, and leveraging data to enhance brand and fan experiences and value.

Jay Prasad has been working in the technology and software sectors for over twenty years and has extensive executive leadership experience within ad tech and the metrics and measurement industry, at both large companies and start-ups.

Jay is currently the CEO for Relo Metrics, the leading sports sponsorship intelligence platform. Using advanced computer vision based artificial intelligence, Relo Metrics enables brands to track and optimize their sponsorship investments and powers teams and leagues with the insights they need to retain and grow revenue. The company tracks sponsor exposure across live broadcasts, social media, and streaming platforms, and delivers actionable insights via a fast, single solution platform.

Doug Balut is Meltwater’s Senior Vice President of Global Alliances and Partners, and joined the company in 2023. Doug is a 25+ year technology veteran who joined Meltwater from Sprinklr, where he was Senior Vice President, Global Alliances and Partners.

He has extensive experience leading global high growth, direct selling customer-facing teams serving the Fortune 500. At both Cisco and Sprinklr, Doug built and led partner ecosystems to successfully create incremental growth through indirect channels. He is a four time recognized Channel Chief Global award winner and thrives on giving back through philanthropic programs, mentoring and coaching.

Mark Arduino leads the Partner Program for Agency & Consulting at Meltwater, focusing on driving enterprise growth through strategic partnerships. With over 18 years of experience in Enterprise Data Management and Customer Experience Management, his diverse background equips him with a unique perspective on the evolving landscape of data-driven marketing and customer insights.

Originally from Boston, Mark spent 13 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he built high-performing teams at Sysomos, Medallia, and Experian. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Massachusetts, which underpins his strategic approach to business development.
