Director Partnership Solutions | Kansas City Chiefs
Dakota Zinn enters her 3rd season with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2025 and joined as the club's first Director of Partnership Solutions.
Zinn oversees the processes and organization for both corporate partnership business strategy and partnership development to increase team efficiencies and data optimizations. She is responsible for sourcing, integrating, and managing all third-party inventory valuation measurement tools to ensure the best solutions for recapping and measuring partnership success and value. In addition to owning and maintaining all partnership research and analytics, she brings leadership to the development of sellable concepts and platforms for key accounts, strategic business prospects, and renewals. Zinn helps to build systems that strengthen the team’s integrated sales presentations with on-strategy concepts and resources.
Prior to joining the Chiefs, Zinn worked in media roles for MLB.com in New York and Denver, and then spent seven years in the sports architecture industry, working in management-level marketing and business development roles for Kansas City firms like Dimensional Innovations, Populous and Crawford Architects. She brings a passion for building relationships, developing business efficiencies, and leveraging data to enhance brand and fan experiences and value.
