Manal Rostom is Egypt's most prominent marathoner & female mountaineer. In 2020 she was listed as one of “Africa’s top 50 most powerful women” by Forbes. In 2021 she made the Arabian Business Power List of Women of Influence in the Arab World. Manal also became the Global face of the Nike Pro Hijab in March 2017 and starred in Nike’s Dream Crazier Campaign in 2019.

Drawing on his experience as Head of Innovation & Creativity at the world’s most creative organization, the Walt Disney Company, Duncan now serves as an independent innovation and design thinking consultant, helping companies embed a culture of innovation and creativity across their organization.

Reatile is a highly experienced communications professional with deep skills in reputation management, corporate communications, PR, internal communications and stakeholder management. She holds an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the same institution.

IAB UK
James joined the IAB in March 2017 as the trade body’s first ever Chief Marketing Officer. He leads the IAB’s efforts in engaging with brands and agencies & re-asserting positivity in digital advertising. James spent nine years at WPP media agency Mindshare, most recently as Global Mobile Director, where he was responsible for the agency’s mobile output across its network of 166 offices in 86 countries.
Obabiyi Fagade

Obabiyi Fagade is the Marketing Manager for the Africa Middle East and Eastern Europe region at Heineken. In this role, he is responsible for identifying and unlocking growth opportunities, developing commercial toolkits for brand buildingand ensuring alignment and consistency of local brand initiatives with its global strategy. He has developed various global Heineken campaigns, especially for the brand’s biggest football sponsorship platform – The UEFA Champions league.
Andreas Thome

Prior to joining Play Magnus, Andreas Thome was the COO of Opera Software ASA, where he served for 10 years on the management team. Andreas has broad expertise in business development, commercial strategy, and management from 15 years of experience in IT, Software and Telecom. Andreas holds an MSc in Finance & Investment from York University and an MSc in Economics from the University of Oslo.
Musa Kalenga
Bridge Labs
Musa Kalenga is Formerly Client Partner for Facebook Africa. Prior to that he was the Group Head: Digital Marketing at Nedbank. He is also the Head of Brands for IAB South Africa (Formerly DMMA). As a respected thought leader in the marketing industry, Musa advises on digital marketing strategy for businesses with his Marketing in a Digital World Executive Programme.
