Chumi Ogbonna is currently the Head of Strategy and Innovation at Nedbank Namibia, where he is responsible for implementing the digital customer research program and establishing a strategy execution dashboard. He has an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and is passionate about using the insights and learnings from market research and customer data to create and measure the success of business and customer strategies. 

Malala Simungala

Senior Manager Technology Advisory, KPMG Zambia
Malala is a Senior Manager in the Technology Advisory at KPMG Zambia. She has over 15 years of experience with a broad understanding of Infrastructure Security Management and Cyber security. With a degree in Computing and having acquired her MBA, Malala is also a member of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) and Information Communication Technology Association of Zambia. 

Keitumetse Setlang

Executive Manager - Marketing, Botswana Tourism Organisation
Keitumetse Setlang has been part of the tourism industry in the marketing and public relations field for more than two decades, and currently serves as the Executive Manager for Marketing at Botswana Tourism Organisation. Here, she has been instrumental in the development and implementation of the Botswana Tourism Strategy focusing on Global Destination Marketing, Brand Management and Public Relations for Botswana Tourism as well as on resuscitating travel and tourism following continuous COVID-19 implications in the tourism industry.
